Making mental health a mainstream talking points is my number one priority when it comes to Mental Health Monday

Mick Coyle

“I’ve been blown away by how willing people have been to share their stories, which gives me great hope that a national breakthrough is not far away.

The work of Matt and Me United is a brilliant example of how people can make a huge difference in their own communities.

Matt’s commitment to providing a safe space for men to get fit while talking about their mental health is something I massively respect.

I hope Me United continues to grow from strength to strength.”

Mick Coyle is one of the UK’s leading mental health journalists.
