Fitness Football is an instructor led high intensity fitness workout followed by fast paced FUN football on a small enclosed pitch in Liverpool.  It is aimed at men and women who suffer from a mental health illness or for anyone who would like to improve their mental wellbeing. Friends, carers and support workers are also welcome. The session is for all abilities and levels of fitness.

At Fitness Football we play in a friendly style ensuring that everyone regardless of ability is included. There is no shouting or aggression, we just have a good laugh and a good workout.
